Calzones With Sun Dried Tomatoes And Sausage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pizza dough
    1/2 lb. sausage, cut up and sauteed
    8 sun dried tomatoes
    1/4 c. olive oil
    1/2 c. Romano cheese
    8 basil leaves
    1 egg, beaten (brush over top)
Preparation
    Oil cookie sheet or pizza pan.
    With rolling pin, roll pizza dough on floured board as thick as pizza.
    Arrange sausage and dried tomatoes over dough.
    Top with basil, cheese and olive oil (no salt).
    Fold dough to form a pocket (log).
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for about 3/4 hour.
