Venison Steaks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. boned venison steak
    1 (6 oz.) can mushrooms with liquid
    1 onion, chopped
    oil
Preparation
    Place enough oil in black iron skillet to cover bottom.
    Brown 1 medium onion.
    Add steak.
    Cook 5 minutes each side.
    Add 1 can mushrooms.
    Simmer approximately 8 to 10 minutes.
    Serve immediately with egg noodles or mashed potatoes.
