Lasagne - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    1/2 Tbsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. cooking oil
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/2 pkg. lasagne noodles
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1/2 pt. sour cream
    8 green onions and tops, chopped
    12 oz. Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Brown beef; add next 5 ingredients and simmer, covered, for 30 minutes.
    Cook lasagne noodles.
    Whip the cream cheese, sour cream and onions together.
    In a greased dish (13 x 9-inch), put a layer of lasagne noodles to cover bottom, then spread half of cream cheese mixture on noodles, then half of meat mixture on top of cream cheese mixture; repeat once.
    Top with grated Cheddar cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes; let set up about 30 minutes before cutting.
