Shelly'S Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. chicken breast
    2 1/2 lb. mayonnaise
    1/8 c. poppy seed
    1/2 c. honey
    1 1/2 c. cut grapes
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Cook chicken breasts with carrots, celery and onion.
    Drain of all liquid and vegetables.
    Place chicken in a pan and put in freezer.
    Cut grapes in half.
    Mince up nuts.
    Mix in a separate bowl the mayonnaise, poppy seed and honey.
    Cut up almost frozen chicken into chunks.
    Combine everything in a bowl; salt and pepper to taste.
    Chill for at least two hours.
    Serve.
