George Washington Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 chicken breast halves, boned
    salt and pepper
    4 Tbsp. butter, divided
    8 tsp. shredded Cheddar cheese, divided
    milk
    1 (4 1/2 oz.) box seasoned coating mix for chicken (I use Shake 'N Bake)
    2 (10 3/4 oz.) cans cream of chicken soup
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can chicken broth
Preparation
    Pound chicken breasts until flat; sprinkle with salt and pepper.
    Sprinkle each with 1/2 teaspoon parsley, 1 1/2 teaspoons butter and 1 teaspoon cheese.
    Roll up and secure with toothpicks. Dip rolls in milk and roll on coating mix.
    Place in a greased 11 x 7 x 2-inch baking dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes; drain. Combine soup and broth.
    Pour over chicken; bake 30 minutes. Yield:
    8 servings.
