Jalapeno-Cheese Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. flour
    3/4 c. cream
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    2 lb. cheese, cut up
    1 pt. cottage cheese
    1 medium onion, finely chopped
    1 medium green pepper, finely chopped
    1 pod garlic, minced
    4 jalapeno peppers
Preparation
    Mix flour and cream in double boiler.
    Add margarine and cheese; melt.
    Add remaining ingredients and simmer 10 to 15 minutes or until thick, stirring occasionally.
    Serve warm as a dip or as spread for crackers and sandwiches.
