Baker'S Icing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 lb. butter
    1 c. Crisco
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1 Tbsp. hot water
    2 lb. powdered sugar
    4 oz. evaporated milk
Preparation
    Beat butter and Crisco.
    Add salt, vanilla and hot water.
    Add sugar and milk.
    Beat for 10 minutes until consistency of whipped cream.
    Enough to frost 2 cakes.
    Freezes well.
