Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. potatoes
    6 boiled eggs, diced
    1 c. sweet relish pickles
    1 medium onion, minced
    1 bell pepper, diced
    1 small jar pimentos
    1 c. mayonnaise or enough to moisten good
Preparation
    Peel and dice potatoes. Cook in saucepan with water, enough to cover. Add salt to taste. When done, drain and cool. Mix all ingredients together; add a little black pepper. Sprinkle a little paprika on top.
