Granola Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. oatmeal
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 c. brown sugar or date sugar
    1 Tbsp. lemon rind
    1 Tbsp. orange rind
    2 sticks margarine, melted
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 lb. chopped dates
Preparation
    Mix oatmeal, flour, sugar and cinnamon.
    Add butter.
    Separate in 2 parts.
    Spread half on bottom of 9 x 13-inch greased glass baking dish.
