Oven Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cubed beef
    2 c. diced potatoes
    4 chunked carrots
    3/4 c. celery
    1 large onion
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 cans tomato soup
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Put meat and veggies in large heavy pan, like a Dutch oven. Put meat in bottom layer with veggies, then salt and pepper. Cover with the soup; pour water over top.
    Bake in covered pan in a slow oven at 300\u00b0 for 3 hours.
