Lemon Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
1 Tbsp. granulated sugar
1 tsp. lemon extract
nutmeg
Preparation

Melt butter in small saucepan over low heat. Blend in flour. Add milk gradually, stirring constantly.
Flavor with sugar and lemon. Sprinkle with nutmeg.
