Ceviche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. any whitefish, cut in small cubes
1 c. lime juice
2 medium tomatoes, peeled, seeded and chopped
1 medium bell pepper, seeded and chopped
2 long green, hot peppers, seeded and chopped
1/2 medium onion, chopped
2 jalapenos, chopped
2 small serrano peppers, chopped
2 small cloves garlic, minced
1 Tbsp. cilantro, chopped
1/3 c. olive oil
1/4 tsp. dried oregano
Preparation

Mix all ingredients and salt to taste.
Marinate, stirring frequently, 1 hour or more.
Serve chilled with crackers.
