Cheesy Bulgarian Potatoes And Sausage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cottage cheese
    2 sticks butter, melted
    2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    6 large Idaho potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
    1 lb. hot bulk sausage, cooked and drained
    4 eggs
    2 c. sour cream
    1 Tbsp. chives (fresh or frozen)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Generously grease a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Mix cottage cheese, butter, 1 1/2 teaspoons salt and pepper.
