2 sticks butter, melted
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
6 large Idaho potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
1 lb. hot bulk sausage, cooked and drained
4 eggs
2 c. sour cream
1 Tbsp. chives (fresh or frozen)
Preparation

Generously grease a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
