Pineapple-Cheddar Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks (preferably juice packed)
2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 1/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 1/2 c. (about 25) crushed Ritz crackers
3 Tbsp. butter, melted
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Drain the pineapple, reserving 3 tablespoons
juice.
Arrange
the pineapple on the bottom of a greased 1 1/2 quart baking dish.
Combine the flour and sugar; sprinkle over pineapple.
Drizzle the reserved pineapple juice on top.
Sprinkle
with Cheddar cheese.
Combine the crackers and melted
butter; sprinkle over cheese.
Bake, covered, for 15 minutes, then uncover and bake 10 minutes longer.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
