Hot Buttered Rum Mix - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. butter, softened
1 lb. powdered sugar
1 lb. light brown sugar
1 qt. vanilla ice cream, softened
1 Tbsp. nutmeg
Preparation

In a mixing bowl, beat together the butter and the ice cream. Slowly add the powdered sugar and brown sugar,
then the nutmeg, and beat until smooth.
Store in the freezer.
To serve, put a heaping tablespoon in a mug with a shot of rum then pour in hot water to fill the cup.
