Cranberry Apple Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. apples, peeled and chopped
2 c. fresh cranberries
2 c. sugar
1 c. chopped pecans
1 1/2 c. quick cooking oats
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. melted butter
1/2 c. flour
Preparation

Mix chopped apples with cranberries and put in greased 2-quart casserole dish.
Pour granulated sugar over apples and berries and lightly toss to coat.
Mix other ingredients except nuts and put on top of apple mixture.
Put nuts on top.
Bake covered at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour, then uncover and brown.
Serve warm.
Yields 6 to 8 servings.
Excellent side dish for ham and turkey.
