Oysters Maxwell - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 fresh oysters
    3 strips bacon
    8 oz. cocktail sauce
    6 oz. Mozzarella cheese
    6 pieces sliced jalapeno peppers
Preparation
    Cut bacon strips into thirds and cook until almost done.
    Open fresh oysters and take them out of the shell.
    Set one piece of bacon on the bottom of each shell.
    Place the oyster on it and top with another bacon strip, the jalapeno pepper slices and the cocktail sauce.
    Place oysters in the oven at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes. Top with Mozzarella cheese and bake until brown and bubbly.
    Serve on a plate of heated rock salt with fancy cut lemon half, dusted with paprika.
    If desired, serve with cocktail sauce.
