Celeried Coleslaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. cabbage, shredded
1/2 c. green or red pepper, chopped
2 scallions, chopped (including leaves)
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. celery seed
2 Tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. fresh tarragon
1/2 c. salad dressing or mayonnaise
1 tsp. prepared mustard
dash of pepper
Preparation

Combine sugar, salt, celery seed, vinegar, tarragon, mustard, pepper and salad dressing (or mayonnaise).
Chill.
Add to cabbage, green pepper and scallions.
Serve cold.
