Herbed Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 medium potatoes
1/4 c. melted margarine
1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
1/2 tsp. dried basil
1/2 tsp. salt
black pepper
Preparation

Peel and thinly slice the potatoes.
Put potatoes in bowl. Add melted margarine, herbs, salt and pepper.
Stir to coat slices.
Wrap securely in heavy aluminum foil, making as flat as possible.
Cook on barbecue grill, turning regularly, for 20 minutes or until done.
Serves 4.
