Poppy Seed Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 c. poppy seed
    1/4 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 c. butter
    3/4 c. dairy sour cream
Preparation
    Preheat oven
    to
    375\u00b0.
    In
    small
    bowl, stir together flour, poppy seed,
    salt
    and
    baking
    soda.
    In a large bowl, beat sugar and butter with mixer for 2 minutes.
    Beat in eggs, one at a time, until blended.
    Beat in sour cream and vanilla. Gradually beat
    in flour
    mixture until well combined.
    Spoon into prepared muffin cups.
    Bake
    for 15 to 20 minutes.\tCool for 5 minutes before removing from cups.
    Makes 12 muffins.
