Chess Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9-inch) pie shell
    1-1/2 c. sugar
    1 stick butter or margarine
    1 Tbsp. corn meal
    1 tsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    5 Tbsp. evaporated milk
    3 eggs
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
    Mix all ingredients except eggs. Beat well.
    Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
    Pour into unbaked pie shell.
    Bake until pie is firm (does not shake).
