Cornbread - cooking recipe

3/4 c. cornmeal
1 1/4 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. baking powder
4 Tbsp. powdered milk
1 large egg
3/4 c. warm water
1/4 c. butter, melted
Preparation

Mix together the cornmeal, flour, sugar, baking powder and powdered milk.
Beat egg until thick, then add warm water and butter.
Mix the dry ingredients to wet ingredients.
Pour batter into an 8-inch greased pan.
Bake in a 425\u00b0 oven for 25 to 30 minutes.
Tastes sweet and does not crumble.
