Chocolate Chip Crater Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. buttermilk baking mix
    2/3 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 egg
    1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
    Topping Mix
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease square pan, 8 x 8 x 2-inches.
    In a large mixer bowl, combine baking mix, sugar, milk, egg and vanilla.
    Beat on low speed until moistened.
    Beat 2 minutes on medium speed until smooth.
    Pour 1/2 of batter into prepared pan. Sprinkle chips over batter in pan.
    Top with remaining batter, completely covering chips.
    Sprinkle Topping Mix evenly over batter.
    Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until top springs back when touched lightly.
    Cool completely.
    Cut into squares.
    Makes 9 servings.
