Favorite Company Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. flour
1/2 c. margarine
1/2 c. nuts
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
9 oz. tub Cool Whip
2 (3 oz.) pkg. instant pudding
3 c. milk

Preparation

Mix first three ingredients and press in 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 12 minutes. Cool.
Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar and 1 cup Cool Whip and spread over crust.
Mix pudding with milk and spread over, then cover with remains of Cool Whip. Garnish with toasted coconut or chopped nuts.
