Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large chopped onion
2 small chopped bell peppers
1 can mushroom soup
1/2 lb. or 1 c. grated cheese (Tillamook, Cheddar or Jack)
zucchini
seasoned bread crumbs
grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Saute onion and bell peppers.
Add mushroom soup and grated cheese.
Mix together well.
Then slice zucchini into shallow pan. Layer with onion, bell peppers, soup, grated cheese mixture and seasoned bread crumbs.
End with bread crumbs.
Bake until zucchini is tender, approximately 45 minutes at 400\u00b0.
