Broccoli Rice Casserole(Serves 4) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 oz. frozen chopped broccoli
    1 1/3 c. sliced celery
    1 (2 oz.) jar sliced pimentos
    10 3/4 oz. cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. sour cream
    1 tsp. salt
    black pepper to taste
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese or American cheese
    1 1/4 c. rice (uncooked)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Cook rice according to directions.
    In a large bowl, combine broccoli, celery, rice and pimentos.
    Mix well.
    In a separate bowl, combine soup, sour cream, salt and pepper.
    Mix with broccoli mixture until well blended.
    Pour ingredients into a greased 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
    Sprinkle with cheese.
    (To add a little flavor, you can add a little Cheez Whiz to taste into the soup mixture.)
    Bake for 20 to 30 minutes.
