Barbecue Venison - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1 c. ketchup
    2 tsp. mustard
    2 tsp. vinegar
    2 tsp. brown sugar
    2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    4 tsp. lemon juice
    2/3 c. water
    3 lb. venison
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together; let set while browning venison in 1/4 cup oil.
    Drain; put venison in 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Cover with sauce.
    Bake 1 1/2 hours at 325\u00b0.
