Chicken Parisienne - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 whole chicken breasts, halved
    salt and pepper
    1/4 c. dry white wine or chicken broth
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
    1 c. sour cream, mixed with 1/4 c. flour
Preparation
    Place chicken in crock-pot.
    Season with salt and pepper.
    Mix wine and soup.
    Pour over chicken.
    Add mushrooms.
    Cover and cook 7 to 9 hours on low.
    Remove chicken to a warm serving platter; stir in sour cream mixture and allow to heat for about 30 minutes. Serve sauce over chicken with rice or noodles.
    Serves 6.
