Linguine A La Marinara (Sauce) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can plum tomatoes
1 stem diced celery
little oregano
fresh basil (if in season) or use spice
salt to taste
olive oil
little water (1/2 c.)
linguine macaroni
Preparation
-
Pour olive oil in pan and add all ingredients except macaroni. Simmer for 45 minutes.
Boil macaroni; drain.
Pour sauce on top. Finish off with Parmesan or Locatelli cheese.
