Sunflower Fettuccine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. fettuccine noodles
    boiling salted water
    3/4 c. light cream
    1/4 c. margarine, melted
    3/4 c. salted sunflower kernels
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Preparation
    Cook noodles in boiling salted water according to package directions; drain.
    Return noodles to saucepan.
    Stir in light cream and margarine until margarine melts.
    Toss in sunflower kernels, Parmesan cheese and parsley.
    Serve immediately.
