Quincy'S Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. chopped onions
    2 c. cubed potatoes
    1 1/2 c. water
    1 c. sour cream
    2 c. milk
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 stick butter
    2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    salt to suit your taste
Preparation
    Saute butter, onions and parsley until onions are tender.
    Add water to the potatoes and salt.
    Cook until almost done.
    Add soup, milk and sour cream, stirring occasionally, until it comes to a boil.
