Caramel Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 qt. popped popcorn
    1 c. margarine
    2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. Karo light corn syrup
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Melt margarine; stir in brown sugar, syrup and salt.
    Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
    Boil for 5 minutes, without stirring.
    Remove from heat; stir in baking soda and vanilla. Gradually pour over popcorn.
    Pour into 2 cookie sheets and bake at 200\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Turn corn every 15 minutes while baking.
