Bread Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. loaf bread or equivalent, coarsely broken
    1 qt. hot milk
    3 eggs, beaten
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. golden raisins
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    2 Tbsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Pour hot milk over bread in large bowl.
    Blend eggs, sugar and vanilla together; add to bread and mix well.
    Add raisins.
    Pour mixture into baking dish.
    Bake 40 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven until firm and golden brown.
    Makes 24 servings.
