Pasta With 3 Colored Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 c. chopped onoin
    salt and pepper
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    2/3 c. cream
    1 c. red peppers, cubed
    1 c. green bell peppers, cubed
    1 c. yellow bell peppers, cubed
    white wine
    1 lb. penne or shell pasta
    Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    In saute pan, place margarine, oil and onion.
    On medium-high heat, saute onions until translucent.
    Add all peppers and cook on medium-high until tender but not mushy.
    Stir gently.
    Add salt and pepper and cream.
    Mix gently.
    Cook, uncovered, until reduced in half.
    Add a dash of white wine.
