Almond Gingersnaps(Skurna Pepperkakor) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. molasses
    1 Tbsp. ginger
    2 tsp. cloves
    1 tsp. baking soda
    3 1/2 c. flour
    1 b. blanched almonds
Preparation
    Work butter until creamy.
    Add sugar, molasses, spices, baking soda, almonds and flour.
    Turn onto floured baking board and knead until smooth.
    Shape into 2 thick slightly flattened rolls.
    Wrap each in waxed paper and chill thoroughly.
    Cut crosswise with sharp knife in thin slices.
    Place on greased baking sheet.
    Bake in moderate oven (325\u00b0) 8 to 10 minutes.
