London Broil - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. top quality flank steak
1 c. salad or olive oil
1 Tbsp. white vinegar
2 cloves garlic
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. freshly ground pepper
Preparation

Score meat, combine marinade and pour over meat. Cover and let stand at room temperature for 2 to 3 hours. Turn several times.
