Gingersnaps - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c. Crisco
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. molasses
4 c. flour
4 tsp. soda
1 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. cloves
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
Melt and cool shortening; add sugar, eggs and molasses.
Mix well.
Sift together dry ingredients and add slowly.
Chill dough.
Form into small balls.
Roll in sugar and bake on a greased cookie pan for 6 to 8 minutes.
