Teriyaki Burgers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. crushed ginger root or 1/8 tsp. ground ginger
    1 clove garlic, crushed
Preparation
    Shape ground beef into 4 patties, each about 3/4 inch thick. Mix remaining ingredients.
    Spoon onto patties.
    Turn patties; let stand 10 minutes.
    Grill patties about 4 inches from medium coals, turning once, until desired doneness, 5 to 7 minutes on each side for medium.
    Serve on toasted sesame seed buns.
