Baked Chicken Liver And Onions - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. chicken livers, rinsed and drained
    onions
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 to 2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    In a flat casserole dish, slice onions very thin to cover bottom.
    Place livers in a single layer over onions.
    Sprinkle with pepper.
    Slice another layer of onions on top.
    Drizzle 2 tablespoons soy sauce over this.
    Dot with 1 to 2 tablespoons butter.
    Cover.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes, until livers are firm.
