Impossible Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. milk
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. Bisquick
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (cream cheese should be cut into 1/2-inch squares and softened)
    desired fruit topping
Preparation
    Blend milk, eggs, sugar and baking mix in blender on high for 15 seconds.
    Add softened cream cheese and blend on high for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Pour into greased 9 x 11-inch pie plate.
    Serve with fruit topping or Sour Cream Topping.
