Mom'S Buttermilk Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    4 eggs, beaten
    2 Tbsp. self-rising flour
    2/3 c. buttermilk
    1 stick margarine, melted
    dash of salt
    1 tsp. lemon flavoring or juice
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients until smooth.
    Pour into prepared pie crusts.
    Makes 2.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 until center is firm.
    (May need to reduce heat during baking, depending on your oven.)
