Easy Cheesy Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 medium potatoes (about 11 oz. total)
1/3 c. water
1/2 (8 oz.) jar (1/3 c.) cheese spread with jalapeno peppers
Preparation

Scrub potatoes thoroughly.
Cut potatoes into 1/4-inch thick slices.
In a 1-quart microwave safe casserole, combine potato slices and water.
Cook, covered, on 100% power (High) for 5 to 7 minutes or until tender, stirring after every 3 minutes.
Drain potato slices well.
Dollop cheese spread onto the potato slices. Cook, uncovered, on High for 30 to 60 seconds or until cheese is melted.
Gently stir the melted cheese into the potato slices. Serves 2.
