Pineapple Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large can pineapple chunks
1- 8 oz. cream cheese (room temp.)
1 c. sugar
8 oz. Cool Whip
pecan pieces (optional)
Preparation

Drain pineapple- cut in halves.
Mix cream cheese and sugar- add pineapple.
Stir in Cool Whip and pecans.
Chill before serving.
