Dried Beef Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
    1 large jar dried beef, rinsed and chopped into shreds
    6 Tbsp. margarine
    6 Tbsp. flour
    3/4 tsp. salt
    3/8 tsp. pepper
    3 c. milk
Preparation
    In a large saucepan, melt butter or margarine.
    Add flour, salt and pepper.
    Stir until smooth and bubbly.
    Add milk. Continue stirring until mixture thickens and boils.
    Add eggs and beef.
    Stir and simmer until hot.
    Serve over potato or rice.
