Egg Drop Soup With Peas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 qt. chicken broth
1 slice lean pork
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 box petite frozen peas
2 scallions (including green ends), chopped
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. gourmet powder
Preparation

Add chopped pork and peas to chicken broth.
Bring to a boil. Simmer on low heat for 10 minutes.
Pour in eggs slowly while stirring the soup.
As soon as the last bit of eggs are in, shut off heat.
Serve with chopped scallions on top.
Serves 4.
