Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 medium zucchinis (may substitute yellow squash or use combination)
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 fresh tomatoes sliced
    1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 lb. low-cottage cheese
    1 tsp. basil
    1/2 tsp. oregano
Preparation
    Saute zucchini and chopped onion in oil.
    Whip cottage cheese with basil and oregano in blender.
    Place alternating layers of squash, cottage cheese and tomato in a 1 1/2 qt. casserole dish. Top with Parmesan cheese.
