Lemon-Garlic Pasta - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. spaghetti
    2 cloves garlic
    1/4 c. olive oil
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/4 c. parsley, chopped
    1 tsp. lemon rind, grated
    1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook spaghetti in salted water to desired doneness; drain. Mince garlic.
    In pan, heat oil and butter.
    Add garlic.
    Cook for 1 minute.
    Add to other ingredients.
    Toss well.
    Test for seasoning.
    Add pepper and salt for taste.
    Makes 4 servings.
