Chicken Salad For 50 People - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 lb. skinned, boneless chicken breasts
    1 large bunch celery, diced
    1 Tbsp. Lawry's seasoned salt
    1 tsp. white pepper
    3 c. mayonnaise
    4 tsp. lemon juice or red cider vinegar
Preparation
    Bake chicken (do not dry out meat) and cut into large cubes. Mix celery, salt, pepper, mayonnaise, juice/vinegar together.
    Add chicken cubes and mix well.
    Extras that can be added to salad: green onion to taste, pineapple tidbits, diced apples, sliced green grapes, nuts.
    Chill and serve.
