Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hot sausage
    2 c. milk
    6 slices bread, broken into small pieces
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 1/2 c. shredded cheese
    6 eggs
    1 tsp. salt
    4 oz. sliced mushrooms
Preparation
    Brown sausage and drain.
    Cool.
    Beat eggs; add milk, salt, mustard and mushrooms.
    Add bread and stir until softened.
    Stir in cheese.
    Pour in baking dish and refrigerate overnight.
    Bake 40 to 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
