Gumbo(For Ten) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 slices pork bacon
    4 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 c. chopped celery
    2 c. chopped onion
    1 or 2 pkg. frozen sliced okra
    1 large can tomatoes or 2 (No. 2) cans tomatoes
    salt as desired
    pepper as desired
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 1/2 lb. shrimp
    1/2 lb. raw bacon (in small pieces)
    1 1/2 c. crab meat
Preparation
    Brown 6 slices of bacon and remove from pan.
    Add flour and brown.
    Add celery, onion, okra, tomatoes and 2 quarts boiling water.
    Boil and then simmer for 2 hours.
    Add salt, pepper and sugar.
    Stir with wooden spoon until mixture thickens.
    Then blend in last of all raw shrimp, bacon and the crab meat.
    Bring to a boil and simmer 30 minutes.
